Digital Marketing Officer

Job Description Role Summary: The digital Marketing officer should drive our online presence, increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and grow sales across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik. Tok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Create high-quality and engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, captions, and educational posts.
• Plan, schedule, and manage a monthly content calendar across all digital platforms.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and Tik. Tok.
• Grow and engage the company's online community through consistent interaction and relationship building.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer comments, messages, and inquiries across all digital platforms.
• Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO) and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor website traffic, social media insights, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual presentation across all digital channels.
• Write persuasive marketing copy for advertisements, landing pages, product descriptions, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Support the growth of the company's e-commerce sales through effective digital marketing initiatives and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaign performance.
• Perform any other digital marketing and communication duties assigned by management.
