Responsibilities
1.Assist in conducting pre-investment financial due diligence for investment projects including HK infrastructure, BOT scheme, student apartments, as well as project acquisitions and mergers. Identify risks in accounting, liabilities, compliance, and potential operational aspects.2.Build financial models for investment projects, accurately calculate core indicators such as IRR and NPV, and produce financial analysis and risk assessment reports on investment feasibility.
3.Support liaison work with banks for credit facilities and project financing, as well as guarantee compliance matters; optimise financing structure and control financing costs.4.Be responsible for the full-cycle post-investment financial management of invested projects, covering capital control, cash-flow monitoring, business analysis, and income review.
5.Participate in M&A and financial integration of projects. Implement special tasks such as accounting consolidation, tax planning, and ledger management.
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields, with over 8 years of experience in investment and financial management in large-scale enterprises.2.Familiar with Hong Kong's fiscal and tax policies and the local bank financing system, and having practical financial management experience in infrastructure, real estate, BOT, and M&A projects.
3.Conduct financial due diligence, model and calculate, and manage the post - investment project operation finances independently.4.HKICPA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA certificates is preferred. Apply now
