Junior Spa Receptionist

About the Opportunity Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel and spa estate in Somerset West, is known for wellness tourism and culinary and wine hospitality. They are looking for a well-presented, service-driven Junior Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their spa guests. As Junior Receptionist, you will ensure a seamless guest journey from reservation through to departure.

You will provide operational and administrative support to the spa team, drive retail sales opportunities and help with the daily running of the spa in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

Serve as the first point of contact for spa guests Ensure a seamless guest journey from reservation through to departure Provide operational and administrative support Manage stock and petty cash control Drive retail sales opportunities Assist with the daily operation of the spa Requirements Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent Valid driver’s licence Previous experience in a similar receptionist role would be advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Strong retail sales ability with a passion for guest service Desired Competencies Well-presented, professional and service-driven Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Ability to work independently in a fast-paced luxury environment Strong customer service orientation Good administrative and organisational abilities
