SAP Solution Architect

Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite, 5 days a week) Employment Type: Full-Time Budget: Up to 30K AED (based on interview feedback and experience) Requisition ID: SAP Solution Architect Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture across transformation initiatives. Analyse current application landscape, business processes, and integrations to identify modernization opportunities.

Define target-state architecture, transformation roadmaps, and execution strategies. Provide consulting and advisory services to business and IT leadership. Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technology decision-making. Partner with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable SAP solutions.

Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations. Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture principles.

Required Skills

15+ years of experience as a SAP Solution Architect. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, integrations, SAP BTP, cloud adoption, and enterprise design principles. Proven experience in solutioning large-scale business transformation initiatives. Strong consulting background with ability to engage both business and technology stakeholders.

Experience conducting assessments, architecture reviews, gap analysis, and roadmap creation. Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.
