Safety Manager

The Safety Leader is responsible for developing and leading the company’s overall safety strategy while fostering a proactive, safety-first culture across the organization. This role combines strategic program development with hands-on field support, including creating safety policies and training programs, conducting audits and investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with leaders and employees to reduce risk and promote safe work practices.
