PMLD Communication Support Assistant – Hillingdon

Senovo is recruiting a PMLD Communication Support Assistant for a specialist school in Hillingdon. You will help pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities communicate, engage and participate in a carefully structured school day.

What you will do

• Support pupils using symbols, objects of reference, switches and sensory communication approaches.
• Assist with accessible learning, positioning and personal care in line with agreed plans.
• Notice and record subtle communication responses and changes in wellbeing.
• Work alongside teachers, therapists and care staff to provide consistent support.

About you

• Relevant experience with PMLD, complex needs or disability support.
• A respectful, attentive approach and confidence with practical care tasks.
