AVP, Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Retail)

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead (AVP) is responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals while actively managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for key positions across the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring the acquisition of top talent aligned with organizational goals and workforce strategies.

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for assigned recruiters while driving recruiting best practices, process improvements, and exceptional candidate experiences.
