• HOME HEALTH CONTRACT We are looking for a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist for Home Health contract work. Summary Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop therapy sessions in the home to improve communication and swallowing function Educate patients and families on exercises, strategies, and safety techniques Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other rehab team members Document progress and care delivery in EMR Travel to patient homes in your assigned area Qualifications: Requirements Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathic, dependable, and self-motivated Familiarity with EMR systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
