ETL Lead

Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Onsite – 5 Days WFO (Monday–Friday) Experience: 8+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Budget: ₹26–28 LPA Based on Experience Shift: General Shift Interview: 2 Rounds Key Skills 8+ years of experience in ETL & Data Integration Strong hands-on experience in Informatica Power. Center Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Knowledge of MDM is an advantage Strong SQL/PLSQL skills Experience with mappings, transformations, workflows, sessions, mapplets and worklets Data profiling, cleansing, standardization, matching and deduplication Performance tuning and troubleshooting of Informatica jobs Experience with production deployment, scheduling and monitoring Knowledge of Control-M is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain Informatica ETL workflows.

Develop IDQ solutions for data profiling and quality improvement. Perform data integration, validation, reconciliation and root-cause analysis. Optimize ETL mappings, workflows and SQL queries. Handle production deployments, scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting. Prepare technical documentation and operational runbooks.
