Job description
Invoice Analyst reviews, codes invoices, and collects all required documents relating to construction projects for Capital Projects. Responsible for verifying adherence to policy related to new vendor set up and insurance compliance. Analyze invoice discrepancies, work with Project Owner to prepare reclass to ensure all projects are coded to the correct job and budget.
Verifies all necessary approvals have been obtained and ensures that standard company procedures are followed. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the accounting field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
