Jive - Lead Bartender

The Lead Bartender will help lead daily bar operations while delivering exceptional, personalized service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll prepare premium beverages, train and mentor bartenders, maintain service and quality standards, support inventory and cost controls, and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of bartending experience, advanced beverage knowledge, and strong leadership and coaching skills. As the Lead Bartender, you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
