• Eagan, MN, Salary Range: $50000.00 - $55000.00Base+Commission/year, Dart Transit Company is seeking a motivated, competitive, and results-driven Driver Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This position is responsible for recruiting qualified CDL-A company drivers and independent contractors while providing an excellent candidate experience from the first conversation through orientation. This is a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting position that requires strong sales ability, consistent follow-up, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with professional drivers. Successful Driver Recruiters are comfortable working toward aggressive hiring goals and understand that recruiting does not stop with an application the goal is getting qualified drivers hired and into orientation. What Success Looks Like: A successful Driver Recruiter at Dart does more than process applications. They build relationships, sell opportunities, follow through on commitments, and consistently convert qualified leads into drivers who show up for orientation and ultimately go to work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys competition, isn't afraid of the phone, takes ownership of their results, and wants their performance to directly impact the success of the company.

Qualifications

Previous recruiting, sales, transportation, customer service, or call-center experience preferred. Truck driver recruiting or transportation industry experience strongly preferred. Strong sales and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and working in a performance-driven environment.

Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage a large candidate pipeline. Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by measurable results. Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.
