Key Responsibilities

Preparation and review of Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting (where applicable). Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses using databases such as Ace TP, Capitaline, Prowess, etc. Assist clients in complying with Indian Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.

Support transfer pricing audits, assessments, and litigation matters by preparing submissions and responses to tax authorities. Review intercompany transactions and provide transfer pricing advisory solutions. Work on APA (Advance Pricing Agreement), MAP (Mutual Agreement Procedure), and transfer pricing planning assignments.

Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather financial and operational information. Monitor regulatory developments and analyze their impact on client engagements. Support business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and client presentations. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

2–3 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing with a consulting firm, Big 4, or reputed professional services organization. Strong understanding of Indian TP regulations, OECD Guidelines, and international taxation concepts. Experience in TP documentation, benchmarking studies, advisory, and litigation support.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and TP databases. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
