Job Specifications : Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Transaction Tax, Corporate Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Business Restructuring, or Private Equity (PE) Roles & Responsibilities Assist in providing tax and regulatory advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business reorganizations, and corporate restructuring transactions Support transaction structuring from a tax and regulatory perspective, considering applicable corporate tax, exchange control, corporate law, and other relevant regulations Conduct tax research and stay updated on developments in direct tax laws, FEMA regulations, corporate laws, securities regulations, and other regulatory frameworks Participate in tax due diligence assignments, transaction reviews, and identification of tax risks and opportunities Assist in developing tax-efficient investment and exit strategies for private equity, venture capital, and corporate clients Prepare client deliverables, reports, presentations, and advisory memoranda while ensuring quality and timely execution Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver integrated transaction solutions Support business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and client pursuit activities Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
