Position: Senior Contracts Specialist Location: Al-Qadsiah Club, Khobar, Saudi Arabia Reports to: Contracts Supervisor Overview: We are looking for an outstanding Senior Contract Specialist who can assist the HR Department to manage, prepare, and analyze contracts across all the club’s sports.

This position requires a strong understanding of legal terminology, and a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and procurement agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Analysis of the contracting process and to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee, player and coach records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract execution to ensure obligations are met.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in law, or a related field. Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM). 2-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role. Proficiency in both the English and Arabic language. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
