Based in Calgary or Kitimat, the Learning Advisor supports assigned L&D plans and helps translate business learning needs into fit-for-purpose solutions. The role works closely with the L&D Lead, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop and maintain courseware, job aids, learning activities, and supporting materials.
