Manufacturing Technician - Assembly

This is not an entry-level position for someone looking for a temporary paycheck. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, mechanical aptitude, and a proven work history. Available Shifts: 1st Shift Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Overtime on Fridays as needed 2nd Shift Monday – Thursday 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Overtime on Fridays as needed Weekend Shift Friday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM General Labor / Assembly Duties: Assemble small to medium-sized clamp components Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Follow detailed work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment What We Are Looking For: Strong work history with proven job stability Good math skills Mechanically inclined Safety-driven mindset Reliable transportation Excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime when required Ability to stand, bend, and work with your hands throughout the shift Requirements: No felony convictions Must pass a 12-panel drug screen Safety-toed shoes required Manufacturing experience preferred Candidates with excessive job hopping will not be considered Dress Code: Safety-toed shoes Jeans or work pants T-shirt or work shirt Clothing suitable for a manufacturing environment Also Hiring CNC Operators Candidates with CNC operating experience are encouraged to apply.

CNC positions are available on all shifts and require prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a stable work history.
