50 per hour when you report to every scheduled shift on time, with no call-ins or early departures Room for Growth: Pay increases available during the probationary period and when hired on permanently, based on performance Position Details Full-time, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Must be available 7 days a week ; you will have 2–3 days off , but they will rotate weekly Rotating schedule ensures fair time off for all employees Paid training provided during your first week Daily task list and all necessary tools provided Requirements Strong customer service skills Comfortable using a computer, iPad, and handling phone calls professionally Flexible schedule Clean background check Money-handling experience Must pass a drug test (no THC) Probationary period applies Daily Front Desk Duties Greet guests warmly and professionally Check guests in and out Handle payments and issue room keys Answer phones and assist with reservations Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service needs Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance Complete daily reports and shift checklists Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Monitor the lobby area for safety and guest satisfaction Perform periodic room checks before assigning rooms to guests Go out to check rooms and ensure guests have everything they need to make their stay amazing
