New Business Development

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to drive marketing and business development initiatives, acquire new OEM customers, expand market presence, and achieve sustainable business growth in the automotive, tractor, and earth-moving equipment wheel segments. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Identify and acquire new OEM customers and business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and prospective clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer requirements. Manage customer interactions, RFQs , business presentations, and commercial negotiations.

Coordinate with Sales, NPD , Design, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to meet customer expectations. Drive new product development initiatives in collaboration with the NPD team, aligned with market demand and customer specifications. Identify new markets, customer segments, and opportunities for business expansion.

Requirements

MBA in Marketing or Business Management. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical discipline is desirable. Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development. Industry Preference: Candidates from Tractor, Agricultural equipment, Automotive components, or Wheel manufacturing industries will be preferred, particularly those with hands-on experience in wheel product development, OEM customer acquisition, and business development.
