Field Technician

Summary The main business of Copytech is to supply, lease, rent and servicing Copiers, Multifunctional Printers, Production Printing Press, Wide Format Printers, Shredders, 3D Printers and video systems IP cameras with the concept of offering customer a high-quality level of service followed by an after sales support.

We are currently looking for a Field Technician to go and support our clients.

Responsibilities

Install and set up Multifunctional printers, copiers, scanners, and print/document management software ? Perform routine service, maintenance, and repairs on MFPs, scanners, printers, and fax machines ? Provide customer demonstrations and training ? Troubleshoot issues on-site or remotely and respond to emergency visits ?

Attend online certification programs related to the field Requirements Should have a car.
