• CME Documentation Required: Minimum 50 Category I Credits During Previous 2 Years
• Immunization Requirements: Annual Influenza Vaccine, Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, Current Physical Exam, Annual N95 Fit Test, and Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Licenses: Active New York Nurse Practitioner License or Active New York Physician Assistant License
• Board: Current AANP/ANCC Certification for NPs or NCCPA Certification for PAs
• DEA: Active DEA Registration with New York Address and Schedules II, IIN, III, IIIN, IV, and V
• Certifications: ACLS and PALS (AHA)
• Experience: New Graduates Considered; Training Provided
• Other Qualifications: Graduate of an Accredited NP or PA Program DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate, Diagnose, and Treat Emergency Department Patients
• Perform Emergency Medicine Procedures Within Scope of Practice
• Provide Patient Care in a Community Hospital Emergency Department
• Document Patient Encounters in Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with Physicians, Nursing Staff, and Hospital Personnel to Coordinate Patient Care
