Snow Removal Technician — PT / Seasonal

Snow Removal Technician — Part-Time / Seasonal Company: Prime Companies Schedule: As needed throughout the winter, based on weather conditions Compensation: Hourly, based on experience and qualifications Prime Companies is seeking dependable Snow Removal Technicians to help keep our properties safe and accessible throughout the winter.

This seasonal, part-time position requires flexibility to work during and after snow and ice events, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

•Shovel snow from sidewalks, entrances, stairs, walkways, and other designated areas. •Operate snow blowers and other snow removal equipment safely. •Apply salt, sand, and ice melt as needed. •Operate a plow truck or tractor if qualified and authorized. •Monitor assigned areas for snow and ice buildup and address hazardous conditions.

•Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. •Work with the property management and maintenance teams to complete assigned routes and priorities.

Qualifications

•Reliable transportation and the ability to report promptly when called. •Availability to work a flexible, weather-dependent schedule. •Ability to perform physical work outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation. •Dependability, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

•Previous snow removal experience preferred. •Plow truck or tractor experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required for positions involving company vehicle operation. Hours vary based on weather conditions and operational needs. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.
