Cashier: Kelly's Lumber

The Kelly's Cashier, being the final point of contact, has the opportunity to make a lasting impression as they assist customers to complete payments and other transactions in the check-out process. This includes but is not limited to ringing up sales, processing bank cards, packing items, requesting price checks, collecting payment and giving appropriate change.

The cashier is responsible for the safe handling and accuracy of all cash, checks and documentation in their charge. In addition they should be a natural smiler and people person who provides excellent customer service, displaying a pleasant, friendly and helpful attitude towards customers, fellow staff, and management.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent 1 - 2 years' cashing experience 1 - 2 years' customer service experience Basic math, problem solving and computer skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Ability to stand for long hours Ability to lift at a minimum of 20lbs Able to work with team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service Must be able to pass random drug test <div
