Security Officer: Kelly's Mall

The Security Officer works, as part of a team, to maintain the security of the premises and personnel by patrolling the property, inspecting buildings and equipment, and standing watch on entry and exit points. The Security Officer maintains close communication with the team and assists with the identification and apprehension of persons engaged in undesirable activities as directed by the Head of Security.

Requirements

Required at least a year of experience in police or security fields Valid driver’s license, preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and Sundays Able to lift items a minimum of 20lbs – 50lbs Training or course program similar to the security measures of the police/ security officer in terms of knowledge, skills and abilities.

Knowledge in basic security procedures is essential to all security officers Must be very observant and careful when assessing situations Quick in making decisions especially when it comes to emergency situations Able to pass drug test <div
