FARMERS INSURANCE Burbank & Calabasas, CA | Full-Time | Onsite Base Salary + Uncapped Commission BUILD YOUR INSURANCE SALES CAREER Farmers Insurance agencies in Burbank and Calabasas are looking for a motivated, bilingual sales professional who is ready to grow within the insurance industry. You’ll work with both English and Spanish-speaking customers, connect with agency-provided leads, and help clients find insurance options that fit their needs.

You’ll also receive ongoing coaching and training to continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge. Previous insurance experience is helpful, but not required. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Connect with prospective customers through agency-provided leads and follow-up
• Assist both English and Spanish-speaking clients
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other insurance products
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistent follow-up
• Work toward individual and agency production goals WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
• Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Previous sales or insurance experience preferred
