This is an excellent opportunity for physicians with strong clinical acumen to provide comprehensive care, manage complex medical cases, and contribute to clinical leadership within a respected healthcare institution. Bilingual ability (Arabic & English) is highly advantageous to support the diverse patient population.

🔍 Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum internal medicine care for acute and chronic conditions Lead assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex medical cases Collaborate with subspecialists including cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, and critical care Participate in ward rounds, MDT meetings, and specialty clinics Supervise and mentor junior doctors and residents Engage in clinical audits, CME, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in line with hospital protocols ✅ Candidate Requirements Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or recognised equivalent in Internal Medicine Minimum 3 years’ post-specialisation experience Fluency in English , Arabic language skills strongly preferred Strong communication, leadership, and patient-centred care skills 🎁 Compensation & Benefits Tax-free salary up to £180,000 per year Furnished family accommodation provided Annual return flights for physician and dependants Education allowance for up to two children Comprehensive family health insurance 30 days of paid annual leave Safe, family-friendly environment with excellent schools and international amenities 🌍 Why Jeddah?
