School-Based Occupational Therapist – Hounslow Support children and young people to participate more confidently in learning, self-care and everyday school routines as part of a collaborative SEN team.

What you will do

• Assess functional, sensory and participation needs.
• Plan and deliver individual and group occupational-therapy programmes.
• Recommend practical environmental and equipment adaptations.
• Review outcomes and share useful strategies with education and care colleagues.

What you will bring

• A recognised occupational-therapy qualification and HCPC registration.
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND.
• Strong clinical reasoning, record-keeping and communication.
• Excellent safeguarding and multidisciplinary practice. Contract: Full-time contract Pay: £35–£48 per hour PAYE Professional, right-to-work, reference and enhanced DBS checks apply.
