PMLD Teaching Assistant – Ealing Support pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities to communicate, explore sensory learning and take an active part in school life.

What you will do

• Use intensive interaction, objects of reference and agreed communication systems.
• Support sensory learning, positioning and individual programmes.
• Provide personal care respectfully where required and appropriately trained.
• Recognise and record small but meaningful responses and progress.

What you will bring

• Relevant PMLD, complex-needs, care or school experience.
• Patience, attentiveness and respect for pupils’ dignity.
• Reliable teamwork and excellent safeguarding practice.
• QTS is not required for this teaching-assistant role. Contract: Full-time temporary Pay: £110–£150 per day PAYE Right-to-work, references and enhanced child-workforce DBS checks apply.
