Maintenance Technician - The Ashford

The Ashford is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who doesn’t just complete work orders but takes ownership, solves problems, and helps create a community our residents are proud to call home.

We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and brings a positive, team-first mindset to everything they do. If you’re someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping others, you’ll fit right in here. What you’ll be doing: Responding to and completing service requests with care and urgency Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the community Completing apartment punch lists and make-ready units Performing drywall repair, painting, and general upkeep Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing and electrical issues What you bring to the team: At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience HVAC and CPO certifications preferred Experience with appliances and plumbing repairs is a plus Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations A willingness to jump in, help out, and support the team What you need to know: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-call rotation and weekend availability are required At The Ashford, we don’t just maintain apartments, we take care of people.
