As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams locally and globally, and helping shape the future of patient care through innovative marketing and field engagement activities.
What You'll Do
Strategic Brand Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to maximize product value and long-term growth. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and key success factors to drive business performance. Translate customer insights into actionable marketing initiatives and strategic plans. Lead launch readiness and lifecycle management activities across cross-functional teams.
Thought Leader & Customer Engagement Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders in hematology. Develop impactful doctor-to-doctor education programs and scientific engagement initiatives. Increase brand advocacy through strategic stakeholder engagement. Drive customer-centric initiatives utilizing both traditional and omnichannel approaches.
Commercial Excellence Lead field execution strategies to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales teams. Develop and implement sales force plans of action (POA). Optimize customer targeting and segmentation strategies. Partner with training teams to enhance field force capabilities and product knowledge. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Analytics, Digital, Sales, and Global teams.
Influence stakeholders across complex matrix organizations. Present business performance, strategic recommendations, and market insights to senior leadership. Manage projects and priorities to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Professional Experience Pharmaceutical marketing and brand management experience. Experience developing and executing commercial strategies. Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder management. Experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals. Experience supporting sales force effectiveness and field execution initiatives.
Knowledge & Technical Skills Strong understanding of marketing strategy, customer insights, and market research. Knowledge of sales forecasting and business planning. Basic understanding of financial management, including product P&L. Knowledge of the Japanese healthcare environment and compliance requirements. Understanding of project management principles.
