C-Store Team Member Boji

Boji Junction Cashier/Kitchen Milford, IA HOURS: Part Time Evenings/Night Shift Every other weekend and one day off during the week. REGULAR DUTIES INVOLVE: Greeting and helping customers with a positive attitude Creating and maintaining a positive and fun store environment Operating the cash register Assisting the manager with inventory duties Stocking and maintaining store shelves Preparing deli items Maintaining cleanliness in all parts of the store Developing strong relationships with frequent customers Keeping a watchful eye of store activity to ensure security Closing the store BENEFITS: We offer competitive pay and benefits such as life, health and supplemental insurance, dental, vision, Life insurance, short term disability, 401K, pension plan, PTO, bonus incentives, employee referral bonus and so much more.

Pay: $12 - $13 per hour

Requirements

Provide friendly, prompt customer service and greet customers with a positive attitude; Operate the cash register and process payments accurately; Stock shelves and maintain proper product rotation and merchandising standards; Assist with inventory checks and notify the team when items need reordering; Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift; Follow Cooperative Energy and store safety, food, and sanitation procedures; Help customers find products and answer questions about store items; Maintain a professional appearance and work reliably as part of a team; Communicate clearly with supervisors and other team members during shift changes; Be available for full-time or part-time scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed
