Job description
Lead and oversee all project phases — start-up, maintenance, and close-out — ensuring smooth execution and compliance with timelines. Act as the primary contact for Sponsors and internal teams, managing project communications, issue resolution, and protocol interpretations. Monitor study progress, including patient enrollment, CRF completion, safety matters, and overall project milestones.
Supervise and guide CRAs and Project Coordinators, oversee scope adherence, and support development of key study management tools and plans.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years related industry experience OR Master's degree/PhD with 2 years of related industry experience
