Marketing Associate

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives for our food and beverage brand. The role will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, coordinating promotions, and helping increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions for food and beverage products. Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Coordinate with design, operations, and external partners for marketing materials and events. Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and sales impact.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends in the F&B industry. Help organize store promotions, product launches, and events. Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely campaign execution. Support partnerships with influencers, food bloggers, and media outlets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry. Experience in social media management and digital marketing. Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign tracking. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Preferred Skills

Experience working with restaurant or F&B brands. Familiarity with content creation, promotions, and influencer collaborations. Basic skills in graphic design or video editing are a plus.
