台灣徵才-Sr. System Engineer, Frontend (React.js)

Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and modern web technologies. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components following best practices and component-based architecture.

Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences. Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and front-end engineering standards.

Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and provide timely incident resolution in accordance with SLA requirements. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, estimation, and continuous improvement of development processes. Research, evaluate, and adopt modern front-end technologies, tools, and best practices to improve engineering productivity.

Mentor team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of front-end development experience with strong proficiency in React and TypeScript . Hands-on experience with Next.js , including SSR, SSG, routing, and performance optimization. Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Sass, and responsive web design.

Experience building reusable, maintainable, and scalable component-based applications. Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux or Context API. Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL with backend services. Knowledge of front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows. Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP or Azure). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments. Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, and modern DevOps practices. Experience mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews.
