Job Title: Sales Associate & Henna Artist Job Description: We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Sales Representative & Henna Artist to join our team. In this role, you will combine your henna application skills with excellent sales and customer service abilities to create a delightful experience for our customers.

You will play a key role in assisting customers, promoting our products and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality henna application services to customers, ensuring designs meet their preferences and exceed expectations. Greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting products, and answer inquiries to create a welcoming shopping experience. Promote and sell products by demonstrating knowledge of product features and benefits.

Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including handling cash, card payments, and resolving customer issues such as returns or exchanges. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.

Assist in receiving, organizing, and managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels. Educate customers about special sales, discounts to maximize engagement and sales opportunities. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives, including opening and closing responsibilities. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including hygiene standards for henna services and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications: Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required. Proficient in henna artistry with an eye for detail and creativity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management.

Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player with a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a diverse customer base.
