Subrogation Specialist

Core Responsibilities Identify subrogation potential: Review insurance claims, accident reports, and related documentation to determine if a third party is liable. Investigate and gather evidence: Collect documentation, witness statements, and other proof to support recovery efforts. Negotiate settlements: Work with other insurers, individuals, or legal teams to reach agreements for reimbursement.

Manage recovery process: Handle payments, calculate recovery costs, and ensure compliance with legal and procedural standards. Coordinate with internal teams: Collaborate with claims adjusters, legal counsel, underwriters, and other insurance professionals. Maintain accurate records: Document all actions, communications, and outcomes for compliance and audit purposes.
