About Quest International For more than 40 years, Quest International has supported medical equipment manufacturers, healthcare organizations, OEMs, and technology companies through equipment repair, field service, logistics, and technical support. We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Strategic Accounts Coordinator to support our Belgium Service Repair Center.

What You'll Do

Coordinate customer repair orders, service requests, quotations, shipments, and deadlines. Prepare shipping documents, manage tracking information, and coordinate deliveries using FedEx or similar systems. Maintain accurate ERP/CRM records, customer portals, and repair documentation. Work with customers, technicians, and internal departments to resolve issues and provide timely updates.

Support daily repair center operations, prioritize outstanding requests, and follow established quality procedures. What You Need to Qualify Associate degree (AA) or recognized equivalent. 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, repair support, or related operations. Knowledge of shipping documentation, repair orders, and FedEx or comparable systems.

Experience with ERP/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Compensation

— What Does DOE Mean? DOE means "Depending on Experience." Quest International offers €21.00–€24.00 gross per hour. Starting pay is based on relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
