Operations Coordinator

Numo is building a futures exchange to help businesses protect themselves against the Naira's extreme volatility. We are seeking a foundational, highly resourceful Operations Coordinator to build, maintain, and run the operational backbone of our office in Ikoyi, Lagos. In this role, you will be the ultimate shield for our engineering team—ensuring 100% workplace uptime, eliminating physical and administrative friction, and managing local logistics with precision.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

1. A High-Execution Operator: This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires proactive problem solving. We are not looking for a traditional assistant or receptionist to wait for instructions; we need an assertive fixer who takes absolute ownership of the space from day one.
2. Lagos Infrastructure Fluency: You deeply understand the operational realities of running a high uptime workspace in Lagos. You already have a playbook for managing dual-ISP fiber redundancy, tracking diesel quality and procurement, handling property logistics in Ikoyi, and navigating municipal/LGA compliance smoothly without overpaying.
3. Ruthless Organization: You bring order to chaos. Whether you are tracking local operational budgets on a spreadsheet, coordinating hardware procurement logistics for new hires, or setting up automated maintenance schedules, your systems are meticulous and transparent.
