Ability to independently manage territory operations, make on-ground decisions, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision Willingness and flexibility to cover assigned regions across North–East Japan (including Tohoku and extended territories) A mature, self-driven professional with proven experience handling responsibilities autonomously Strong ownership mindset and accountability, with the ability to navigate dynamic field environments Exposure to therapeutic areas such as Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, GI, Rare Diseases, or Infectious Diseases is preferred, but not mandatory Requirements Advanced degree in life sciences with strong scientific foundation Ability to engage with KOLs/HCPs, build relationships, and communicate complex scientific/clinical data effectively Experience working in or closely with medical affairs / field medical / cross-functional pharma environment Strong independent working ability, scientific mindset, and capability to translate data into medical insights and strategy
