Senior Game Designer（Systems&Balance）

What You’ll Do

1. Build and own the overall in-game economic and numerical models, designing and refining core numerical systems to ensure balance, controllability, and proper pacing through both theoretical modeling and practical testing.
2. Apply advanced numerical modeling techniques to adjust and optimize the game economy, monetization systems, and event/gameplay configurations, continuously refining values through live tuning and iteration.
3. Design and construct foundational numerical systems and modeling frameworks, delivering comprehensive system-level and economic models aligned with project requirements.
4. Define and analyze key data metrics to improve product experience, and establish balanced reward-output and consumption loops for various gameplay modes and live events.

What We’re Looking For

1. Majors in Mathematics, Finance, or related fields are preferred.
2. Approximately 3 years of experience as a numerical designer, with long-term involvement in or leadership of at least one complete numerical architecture design. Experience in fishing games or successful overseas slots titles is highly preferred.
3. Passionate about games with strong sensitivity to numerical design. Deep experience playing and analyzing multiple online games, with strong understanding of numerical systems in overseas mobile games.
4. Capable of planning and designing full economic systems, with the ability to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of different numerical frameworks and develop structured personal methodologies.
5. User-oriented mindset, with the ability to align numerical curve design with player psychology and behavioral patterns.
6. Strong logical thinking and high numerical sensitivity. Proficient in applying mathematical formulas to construct progression curves, with solid capabilities in mathematical calculation, data modeling, and value simulation.
7. Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset. Innovative, resilient under pressure, and execution-driven.
