What You'll Do

Play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. Serve as the first point of contact, offering assistance and information with warmth and empathy. Efficiently manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate communication to ensure smooth operations and alleviate any concerns.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience, fostering a sense of comfort and security within the community.

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or at least six months clerical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures. Possess intermediate personal computer skills and ability to utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Possess exceptional Customer Service skills.
