OVERVIEW

The part-time Box Office Sales Assistant provides high quality customer service for the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis Box Office. The assistant greets and assists constituents, inputs payments and customer data, and expedites transactions efficiently and accurately. The incumbent maintains knowledge and proficiency in the ticketing software database. The assistant act as customer service liaison to museum guests. They remain courteous to colleagues and patrons. The incumbent demonstrates flexibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
