Service BDC Representative

We are looking for a motivated and professional Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team and help drive service appointments, customer retention, and overall satisfaction.

Position Summary

The Service BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications with service customers. This role plays a critical part in scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from first contact to completed visit.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently Perform outbound follow-up calls for missed appointments, declined services, and service reminders Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs and availability Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Work closely with Service Advisors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and conversion goals Qualifications: Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred (automotive is a plus) Strong communication and phone skills Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and CRM proficiency Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses Growth opportunities within the dealership Training and ongoing support Health benefits (if applicable) Paid time off Why Join Vallejo CDJR?
