About the role

The Principal Workday Techno-Functional Consultant serves as the operational and analytical backbone of the HR and business leadership team. This role is responsible for integrating, configuring and optimizing enterprise systems (Workday and Oracle), delivering reliable analytics and reporting, and translating data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making.

This leader operates as a strategic partner and execution engine, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, reporting discipline, and scalable processes across a global organization. The role combines technical configuration expertise, financial and operational modeling capability, PPT deck development, and strong executive communication skills.

The position also oversees day-to-day system administration activities, ensuring timely report delivery, user provisioning, data integrity, and process governance.

Your Responsibilities

The major responsibilities of the position are listed below. Other duties, assignments, and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of executive management. Systems Configuration and Optimization Lead configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday and Oracle systems Design and implement workflows, business processes, and integrations Drive system standardization and simplification across regions Ensure system data integrity and reliability Partner with IT to rationalize systems and reduce duplication Support global payroll, benefits, and HR process integration Analytics and Reporting Build and maintain executive dashboards and operational reports Develop financial and workforce models to support decision-making Produce Board-level reporting and analytics Analyze workforce trends, costs, and operational performance Translate data into actionable insights for leadership Support strategic planning and forecasting Executive/ Management Support Prepare executive presentations and Board materials Build financial and operational models Support leadership with data-driven recommendations Coordinate cross-functional initiatives Track strategic priorities and execution progress Drive accountability for reporting timelines Team Leadership and Operations Manage Systems Administrator responsible for: Daily report execution Password and user setup Data entry and maintenance Report distribution System support Establish reporting standards and governance Ensure timely and accurate reporting delivery Maintain documentation and system procedures Drive process discipline and consistency Other job duties as assigned.

You bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 8–12 years of experience in Workday or Oracle configuration and HRIS systems Strong experience in HR analytics, reporting, and workforce data analysis Hands-on experience in financial modeling and executive reporting Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience building dashboards and data visualizations Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data governance Experience with system integrations and business process design Preferred: Power BI, SQL, Workforce Analytics tools Preferred: Experience in global or multi-country organizations Preferred: Experience in private equity or fast-paced environments As an equal opportunity employer, Fuller Technologies embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
