• Thursday 8 Hour Shift Temp to Perm position Pay: $16.00 You will receive a $1.00 raise every 30 days up to 90 days. MUST have solid work history MUST have NO more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years MUST able to pass a drug screen MUST be able to pass a background check Skills and Qualifications Have attended a Chemical Safety Training session within the past 12 months Have attended GMP, FSMA, Food Defense Awareness, and Allergen Training Received training in appropriate PC's Shall meet ALL GMP requirements Shall comply with all requirements for Personal Protective Equipment as defined by appropriate plant procedures Shall comply with all safety rules and policies Duties and Responsibilities Equipment clean on pre-op inspection Properly assembled Sanitizer properly drained Start-up records (CCP 1), charts, batching records, vitamin records, and product traceability records properlyrecorded Product tested for compliance with quality specifications At product changeovers: product inspected for compliance with quality specifications Vitamin Accountability Records are kept accurate Allergen control program followed when making changeovers involving allergens Proper cleaning procedures followed
