Assistant Purchasing Manager (E&M)

Responsibilities

• Proficient in E&M equipment and material selection, effectively evaluating vendor proposals to ensure optimal value for money.• Oversee pre & post-contract administration for supply agreements, ensuring the effective resolution of contractual disputes.• Manage suppliers and expand supplier resources.

Requirements

• University degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Building services).• Minimum 8 years’ experience in E&M materials and equipment procurement or project management, with relevant experience in main contractors / E&M contractors; familiar with supply chain management and E&M materials management.• Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.• Good leadership skills and professional integrity; detail minded and highly efficient.• Proficient in mainstream office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP or digital procurement systems is an advantage.• Experience in Mainland China/overseas procurement is preferred.• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position.
