VP/ FVP Manger Branch Services

GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for the management of the Branch Services support function.  This includes oversight of and/or establishment of branch policies and procedures, performance of ongoing risk-based branch operational reviews, validation of branch certifications, and support of branch inquiries received via email and/or the Branch Services support line.  Incumbent serves as primary resource and branch operations subject matter expert for any procedural, policy, or system changes affecting the branch network.  Performs ongoing analysis of established branch operations to identify process inefficiencies and executes changes leading to improved workflows and greater client satisfaction.  Partners with the heads of Retail Branch Administration to identify and prioritize key strategi
