Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall management of contractual and commercial issues for construction projects• Manage the commercial team, supervise the preparation of pre-qualification submissions, commercial review of tenders, sub-contract tender, and related documentation• Oversee the project cash flow by timely, complete, and proper submission of interim applications• Continually work towards, prepare and agree on project final account• Develop and manage project commercial strategy• Effective management of risks and opportunities• Provide contractual, financial, and commercial advice to the project team• Supervise, approve and endorse claim submissions Requirements:
• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, preferably with MHKIS, MRICS, PRS, ACIArb professional qualifications• Minimum 12 years of relevant project experience of which 8 years with main contractors in a leading commercial role for large scale contract• Experience in contract administration, claims preparation, with commercial and legal/ arbitration knowledge, familiar with various forms of conditions of contracts, cost control, planning, and strategic management• Excellent command of English• Good at task prioritizing and team supervision Apply now
