Automotive Customer Service Advisor (recruiting from Malta only)

Our client, a well established company within Malta’s automotive sector, is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. Recruiting applicants already residing in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process. Understand customer needs and coordinate servicing and repair requirements. Liaise with technicians and the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently. Keep customers updated and follow up on outstanding service requests. Manage job cards, customer records, and service documentation.

Inspect vehicles upon arrival and before customer handover. Handle customer concerns and complaints, ensuring proper follow-up. Support warranty procedures and ensure required processes are followed. Identify opportunities for additional servicing and maintenance. Assist with invoicing, payments, and cash handling. Monitor pending jobs and ensure timely completion.

Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer facing or service oriented role is considered an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer focused approach with the ability to build trust and maintain good relationships. Strong problem solving and follow up skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and workshop teams. Willingness to learn and develop within the role. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes accurately.
