What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
• Help the agent achieve and exceed marketing goals
• Develop leads, follow up, and schedule appointments
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products and services
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through communication and relationship-building
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily execution
• Make presentations to potential customers and support outreach efforts
• Conduct effective interviews to understand customer needs and match solutions What We’re Looking For (Requirements) Required / Must-Have
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license must be currently active
• Life & Health license: must be able to obtain (or be in process) Strongly Preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing)
• A track record of meeting sales goals/quotas You’ll Stand Out If You Have
